The CAD tools at this company is horrible. Virtuoso crashes daily or hourly. Simulations take hours to queue before running. Issues with tools and servers are never properly resolved. Additionally, projects are done by teams across multiple time zones in asia, america, and europe. Meetings can start on both 8AM and 8PM of the same day. This would be a great place if you join as a manager or a system level person, who does not have to work with the low level design tools and constantly filing tickets to fix them. Stay on projects that is limited to a single time zone.
