      Pros

      Nothing really here. Maybe the people? But they even were pretty backwards and old-fashioned.

      Cons

      Micro managed. Procedures were very 1990: paper time sheets; carry a million things around. You get tracked every single second literally. Pay was terrible. Just an overall terrible experience, perhaps a reflection of Subway”a inevitable doom.

      Great place to work, they care for you and want to see you succeed and grow in the company

      Cons

      None really - although they often set goals, they work with you so you can achieve them and grow further.
