Pros

Clothing discount after x days of employment

Cons

Mashburn has joined the archaic thinking that FIVE days in office is great for “collaboration”. Maybe they are trying to force people to quit to make their numbers look better? Or do they just hate giving their loyal employees flexibility? Either way, stay away from this place. They are not parent-friendly and clearly do not care about retaining their employees.

Pros

A wonderful work environment all around. Leadership is available and supportive and most people there seem to genuinely be happy to be there. Extremely efficiently run and they make some pretty cool products too! The kind of place you get excited about going to each morning!

Cons

Sometimes long hours which is to be expected in the industry though

Pros

Good product, cool clientele and location. Money can be good if you hit goals and seems like they promote from within semi-often

Cons

They play favorites and disregard some pretty high-performers because for seemingly no reason. Huge salary disparities
