If you are a fresher then go for this company. 1) It is a very good place to learn fundamentals whatever you learn during your graduation/post graduation. 2) If you are from electronics background, you can learn basic fundamentals plus how to make a circuit, how to make PCBs, how to do microcontroller programming. 3) If you are from IC background, you have a full chance to go to onsite mainly for installations/commissioning. There you can learn customer communication.
