1) Salary doesn't get credited on time, could even be held back if you are extremely sick and have to take more than 4 days off consecutively, 2) You have to remind them that it's time for an appraisal 3) You end up being a shield for your boss and all her creditors because she can't find the time to approve work and she won't pay anyone until work is approved 4) Sandwich leave policy 5) There is no HR team - its the Founder and her brother 6) Micromanagement to the point where you're made to feel like you haven't worked 7) The role is 10% designer, 50% PA (reminding your boss to approve things). The other 50% is putting out fires that happen because there's not enough man power in office. 8) No benefits. 9) Have to ask for holidays like Good Friday. 10) They expect you to have a Mac and also get your own software. 11) Zero work life balance
