Leadership: While there has been change over the past 2 years, the leadership team and CEO is transforming the organization and driving positive change
Career: Focus on rewarding performance and promoting from within. Depending on the department, high-performers are recognized and rewarded
Customer Focus and Innovation: This has always been a part of the DNA and it is good to see that it is still the focus with the change in leadership
Cafe: Great selection and affordable. One of the highlights of being in the office
Cons
A lot of change: It has been very dynamic and with the acquisition there is more change to come, but the sooner we get to some normalcy, the better
In Office Full Time: While there is flexibility in each department, it would be great to have a company policy around flexible days for WFH
