Good company with a good attitude. Work hard, do the best for the clients, act ethically and responsibly, enjoy the work. There is a real mix of client types too.

Travel. Like any consulting work you sometimes find yourself on a job with extended working at the client's offices. Other times you can work from home or the offices if that suits you.
