Pros
discount massages, the ability to meet and help clients who need regular massages, co-workers have been great to work with.
Cons
selling a membership is all the upper management cares about. once they become members no one cares about them as much as they did when they were guest. Employees are let go at the drop of a hat if they are not selling above 30%. There is a great amount of stress in collecting money from clients who are no longer paying on their memberships.
