- Poor Management: I was shocked to find rooms without towel warmers, several stools broken, and even tables without table warmers for which we had to move warmers around to accommodate. In addition, I was fired for speaking up about the 7th broken chair and inquiring why broken chairs were continuing to be put in the rooms to which I was laughed at, repeatedly gaslit, and told that I was gossiping when I mentioned this awful communication to other staff. Expressing concern over toxic and completely aggressive/hostile communication when addressing a repeatedly occuring disfunction to my ability to provide excellent service is NOT ok.
- Broken equipment and a frustration when broken equipment is addressed.
- Firing without any proper communication to reach a solution or move forward
-Managers daughter was the person who reacted as above to me making it a clear bias when assessing the situation.Any front desk who addressed a simple question "why are broken chairs being put back into the rooms and how can we fix that disconnect" would be reprimanded -not the therapist fired.
-Complacent staff that has been there for 10 years ok with broken equipment.
