      1) The people are great; you work with top level talent 2) You get to interact with top leve executives of fortune 500 companies 3) Mastech Digital has great benefits and does its best to accomidate employees

      Cons

      1) Work/life balance 2) You work a lot of hours 3) Between January and March, you can expect to work between 55-90 hours. This includes weekends.

      Dear Associate, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We feel that we have the best people around and they are the one's that make everything work. There are those times that we get extremely busy and additional time is needed. For the most part, our work week is a standard forty hours.

      Pros

      Salary on time, Medical benefits premium reduction after 1 year of service

      Cons

      They operate more like a contract-based staffing model despite calling it full‑time employment. There is very limited support in finding new projects, and individual job security doesn’t seem to be a priority. Apart from the initial onboarding, there was no meaningful help when transitioning to new assignments, and there is very little visibility into the contracts.
