We’re thrilled to hear that you appreciate our healthcare initiatives, culture, and team dynamics. Remaining true to our core values, such as “We Care” and “We Embrace Visionary Thinking,” is at the heart of what we do, and it’s rewarding to know our efforts are making a difference.
We recognize the importance of work-life balance, which is why we offer a hybrid schedule to provide flexibility and support for our team members. At the same time, we understand your concerns about the hybrid schedule and "Power Week." These initiatives are designed to foster collaboration, connection, and interdepartmental teamwork, aligning with our commitment to bringing employees together in meaningful ways. However, we recognize that the structure of "Power Week" may not work for everyone.
