Work life balance as office hour and 5 working days.

Biased among management. Selfish management. They wont care about you. Give you overload tasks by use "ad hoc task" as a ticket to do it. You apply for admin, but you need to do the whole positions in the company,,sweet talk as "temporary" for smooth operation but reality it's a permanent new job scope for you. Low salary range with job requirement. No teamwork applied. Any problem you have, they will ignore you. No professionalism in this management. 10 people quit in a year. No benefit.
