Pros
It's nice that we have air conditioning and heat - they are not working in their corresponding seasons but still a pro.
Cons
No job security Leadership team is awful and it's a constant ego battle. They seem most eager to hire their friends and to get rid of legacy employees. It has become like the hunger games here. We have no idea who is going to go next, people keep saying, "is this the last email I am sending as a current employee? " There was a round of layoffs that was never addressed by senior management. VPs do nothing but stand around whispering and gossiping with one another, betting on who will get the boot next. Management constantly overpromises on meetings that project managers are not on, and then it is on us to "make it happen" CEO is useless and incompetent and essentially a money pit who does not understand how debits and credits, or, profit and loss work. CMO and COO are in a constant battle to see whose ego is larger and more annoying.
