Pros
Everyone has a different experience working for companies. For me personally, I have seen some really great things develop at this company and I have been there for quite a few years. They are listening to their employees and working towards fulfilling some gaps that the company has. Like every company, nothing is perfect but the employees and leadership teams truly work hard to take care of their teams. Between the People Proud Fund that helps associates in emergency financial situations, to the new recognition program Bravo, to the 1,000's of other things done to help associates not only at work, but in their personal lives. I can truly say that my co-workers are like family. They have celebrated my wins with me, and have been there for me when things were not going so great. I do recommend working at this company. You get what you put in, and if you are willing to work hard and put your best foot forward, you'll be welcomed into an amazing team of people.

Like any company, we are always changing and evolving, nothing is perfect but there are a lot of great, hardworking people striving to make this company a continued success.
