The company has a family ethos and continues to grow because of the way they care about developing their staff. Everyone is included in all areas of the business and they constantly find ways to say thank you to the workers. The directors are all hands on.
Cons
A family owned business where corporate style career paths don't exist, so individual and outstanding meritocracy is the only way forward.
