Positive work environment, great coworkers, great teamwork Great company goals, starting to make great products
Cons
Poor leadership, sometimes sacrifices quality for time (seems to be getting better, though), still trying to grow and figure things out, which results in many growing pains Low pay, very little vacation/sick time, unexpected layoffs (some of which were AMAZING employees with tenure), unpaid overtime is expected
