      Pros

      Matellio has a very flat organization structure allowing employees to thrive and take on more responsibility. The company also encourages employees to look for opportunities for improvement and to implement those as they find them.

      Pros

      Matellio is on a good trajectory for growth (staff) and revenue. They believe in hiring the best, and with it being a software services business it provides a tremendous number of opportunities to both learn and teach others.

      Cons

      Can't say that I have any.

      Pros

      If they didn’t scam people, they would be good because they have a good communication. It’s just not truthful when it comes to billing clients.

      Cons

      They make up billable rates, but really charge a whole lot more
