Pros
- flexibility - wfh -great benefits (AL, insurance etc) - healthy environment - high chance to work with international colleagues - friendly manager/management - minimum politics - Lots of company intitatives to take part in to hone soft skills
Cons
- The medical services department only offers repetitive jobs hence leaving employees with a smaller chance to grow - I wouldn't recommend anyone to take up any jobs in the medica services department although the rnd, staff and sales departments have some interesting jobs and opportunities to offer,
