Impossible to advance career level - Chemical Operator Materion Employee Review

- Extremely cheap company. Does not pay well, small raises (.40 cents per year). - Preaches safety but does not practice it. - Refuses to repair roof leaks, would rather place buckets on floor to catch drips. - Run till it breaks approach to its equipment. - Limited parking at city plant (Buffalo, NY). Less in winter time due to snow piles in lot. - Management will not have snow removed from lot until late winter which forces employees to park on city streets. - Managers drive Beamers, Jags, sport cars. They have no problem letting its workers know who makes the money and who doesn't.
