Pros
The pros of this organization is that its a start up, still starting up! On the bright side you may have an opportunity to work in various roles since there is no one at an expert level. Cute product that should be invested for home use and not in schools. Great job filler to have while looking for a career role somewhere else
Cons
Where do I begin, first off the company is struggling desperately to make a mark in the US which they failed 3 years in a row. They invested in hiring a huge staff 3 times before and fired them all 3 times, since they couldn't get any ROI( Not a good sign of strategic business growth!!). I strongly recommend doing research first on this organization if your from the US and would like to build a stable and successful career. These people have no idea how to market their product effectively. Too much turnover and a CEO who you never get to meet, but make customer decisions from another country in a totally different time zone. There is no work culture and their support teams are not based in the US which US clients hate!!. Too many growing pains to act like a big company and micromanage...... what is the most annoying part is that all these shenanigans will hurt bottom line, their clients, which are the ones that will be truly affected by all this unprofessional inconsistencies and ineffectiveness that they paying foro.
