Be very cautious about joining Matlen Silver. Sure, they use catchy hashtags, like #keepgoing and #ilovemyjob and fun pictures over social media, but it is all a facade. In all fairness, this company is nothing more than a wannabe TEK Systems, but unlike TEK Systems, they are not run by good management or sales people, rather a bunch of immature 20 years olds who are nothing but immature backstabbers. Across all of the offices there has been a lot of recent turnover due to company-wide policy changes and terrible management. Matlen Silver strives to have a national reputation and presence and as a result, they are cutting corners and implementing a lot of cheap policies. There is no trust or camaraderie among employees either - everyone is only out for themselves and their bank account.
