Completely unscalable as it stands now. - Complete centralisation, the only decision making authority is with the director. - Micromanagement of everything and everyone by the director. - Complete absence of any strategic vision, roadmap or a meaningful goal. - Promises instead of actions - no budget or resources to speak of, including lack of necessary tools and platforms. - Known instances of using lies and libel to justify not paying its employees and contractors.
