Pros
Matric is a good place to start for an engineer just getting started in the industry. Its in a rural setting and has flexible hours.
Cons
Pay is not great. The management's respect for engineers has declined in recent years. Engineers are not given many opportunities to move up in the company. They are treated like hourly employees even though they are have exempt status.
