Very stressful. They don’t tell you what they expect, then complain when you don’t meet their expectations. This will then go onto a review to keep you from receiving any kind of a pay raise. The owner is a bully. He generally doesn’t know what is going on in the department, but always throws in his 2 bits instead of just letting you do your job. They state right up front that they revere quantity over quality. You have benefits, but the owner doesn’t want you to use them. Using the health benefits can get you fired. They are constantly doing surprise layoffs, so you never know if you’ll have a job from 1 day to the next.
