- IT folks are very insecure and aren't aware of how to do most of the things I needed to start work. I had to do there job and mine for the first week.
- My bonus was never paid despite having a contract for a 5k payout.
- I was told the job was remote ( it wasn't)
- I did not receive the right laptop to get all my work done
- my paperwork was provided in the same way I've provided for simliar roles, yet hr took forever to do anything with it and didn't seem prepared to onboard.
- the hr person there was NEVER available (mgmt was aware didn't do anything about it)
- Very messy and unorganized company
- cyber sec was basically a foreign concept to them. Be weary of this as an employee/candidate
- kind of a lazy vibe. This might be a con for some.. I couldn't get anyone to work lol. It was really odd. I didn't really like that. I wasn't used to this as a dev.
- The company refused to pay me until my laptop was returned (This is not le - gal).
