      Pros

      There are a couple of absolute gems in the company who are under the radar/not as valued as they should be.

      Cons

      -Pay isn’t great for the pressures of role and compared to other companies -The company are saying that they care deeply about their peoples mental health and company culture, but this has not been my experience -People with great company knowledge are being pushed out and this has happened to a few senior members of staff in recent years -There is a big problem with blame game culture -Micromanagement is a new issue which has arisen

      Pros

      You will be part of a team that cares about you. You will make a difference in the lives of others every day. Leadership listens when you share your thoughts and concerns. It's not just words, actions show they mean it when they say, "We see you. We hear you. We've got you."

      You will tackle challenges, but the rewards are tremendous!
