Where to even begin… Matrix Sciences bought out this lab in May of 2021 and have since destroyed everything it used to be. Matrix cares far more about acquiring clients than they do treating their employees well. Our schedules were changed multiple times, and the final change was making people work every Saturday indefinitely, which is not what any of us had signed up for. New hires got paid $4-$6 less than we did, and they were doing the same work. The hours are stated as 8-4, 9-5, or 10-6 on rotation. Soon enough that 10-6 turned into 10-midnight because of how many companies Matrix acquired, which increased our work load as heaps of people were quitting. This job isn’t even worth it if you’re an entry level employee, you will not have a life if you work here.
