Pros
It's been a pleasure working at Matrix3D. It is that one company that, like technology, is constantly evolving. My colleagues and I are motivated by the concept of integrity as well as intelligence. We have explored new opportunities and used them to create incredible solutions. It is a flat hierarchy, and everyone contributes, discusses, and sometimes disagrees, but we always do what is best for the client. Even if you are a subject matter expert, the company encourages certification, problem solving, and overall development, including project management. The best part is that I've seen people grow after they struggle to understand the culture here at Matrix3D for the first few months. It works on projects, and many IT Infrastructure team members have been in support for so long that working on projects is unsettling. But developing soft skills, celebrating everything and even nothing... Interns and seniors share the same desk. Matrix3D is defined by this. And, of course, sitting on Nariman Point and gazing out at the sea.
Cons
I still wouldn't recommend working here if you can't deal with uncertainty and abrupt changes.
