If you aren’t high up in the company, chances are you won’t be paid appropriately. I discussed this with many people in various departments. The annual reviews are basically set in stone and expect about a $0.50 raise. This is not normal protocol, however, this is how it is. This has resulted and in a high turnover rate. I was there for about 1.5 years but found many people coming and going. This still seems to be the case. I really loved my specific team; we had tons of fun together. It just depends on where you’re at in life, but if you’re hoping to make money, this is probably the wrong place to be at. They seemed to mean well, but many were unhappy and felt unheard.
