Turned into a very micromanaging style Had to make weekly/ monthly credit card goals We were pretty much blamed their clothes didn’t sell, they use the same style/ pattern year after year instead of getting fresh, trendy or even basic items Had to pretty much force ourselves on people to make a “genuine” connection. There’s alot of people out there that just want to be left alone and shop in peace.
