Pros
The whole company has a very positive atmosphere. I get to be very involved in a customer's experience. The store lets you try on clothes while at work during a "first 15" so you have a good understanding on fits and styles to better suggest to customers. You also get trained very in depth on how to act with a customer and how to do every action on the cash register so when you are done training you actually know what you are doing. Also, if the store reaches its monthly sale goal then everyone gets a bonus dependent on how many hours you worked.
Cons
If you are shy then you may be uncomfortable talking so much to customers which is an essential part of the job. You must greet her, re-check on her after a few minutes, take clothes to the fitting room for her, check on her once she has been in the fitting room for awhile, and again once she seems about done to see if you can suggest any last unite pieces for her.
