Pros
Very big initiatives for trips and bonuses if you are in management, as a part-time associate, not so much. Met a lot of nice people and enjoyed helping customers. Can be a fun work environment.
Cons
There is a constant pressure to keep your "UPT" up, or units per transaction. Management can be very passive-aggressive towards you at times. Sometimes, just don't want more than one thing when shopping, many times, people don't want the credit card. If you don't push these things you get into trouble.
