* Customer Focus - Maurices has the best customer service out of any clothing store I've ever shopped or worked at. * Atmosphere - Friendly, Fun * Learning Opportunities – There are so many available resources you can use to succeed in any job you go into. * Clothes & Discounts - I love that Maurices gives you so many options for your wardrobe... Casual, Dressy, Work/Business Related, etc. A lot of people say that Maurices has expensive clothes, but there is always a sale or a way to get a discount on the merchandise.
Cons
Pay - There are a lot of standards you have to meet in order to get a raise and starting wages are not as good as other stores... Maurices Credit Card - There is a lot of pressure to sell the credit card, benefits for the card are very good, but the pressure, at times, can get very tiresome.
