Terrible, closed minded training and hiring system Not allowed to think for yourself No support from management Upper management very blatantly shows favoritism. They brainwash their employees to fit into a box, literally. Boxes upon boxes of cards that are supposed to guide you through every possible situation. Don't stray from those cards or you'll be berated and made an example of in front of customers and staff.
