Pros
Maurice's is a company you can grow with both personally and professionally. I love that the company is striving to adapt with our times, with our customers, technology and fashion . I love having an area sales lead that actually understands how to do my job, what the challenges are, and can give great tried and true suggestions that actually work!
Cons
Working with mostly women can be trying. I have hit some rough patches and have learned some very valuable lessons, I'm now a better person and manager. I do not like the manager hours. Work life balance, out of balance! Not being able to come in early and get things done is very frustrating. I work 9:30-6:30 or 12:30-9:30....either way you're day is shot!
