Pros
-Met some great people. -Can learn a lot of different technologies, mostly because their system is totally over-engineered and you have to learn these technologies.
Cons
Very, very poor management, coming from the very top. The CEO and COO seem like they are caring, but their actions speak much louder than their words. They will tell you that you are empowered to make decisions and that they trust you, but in reality you are being micromanaged by two people who truly make the worst business decisions, and then force those decisions onto your team. Top down at its finest. There is no "MV family", that is all just corporate talk. There is actually only the CEO and COO, everyone else is temporary and replaceable, and they are completely incapable of running things properly. It is their poor management which has resulted in multiple waves of layoffs. Purely their fault. Almost all of the core MV employees have left now. It is a shell of its former self.
