The managers are online 24/7 and watching every single thing that you type and message you about the tiniest mistakes. - Their website has too many bugs all the time and ever since they pushed the new layout, it's become even worse. Their only solution is checking the browser all the time. - Very little room for growth. Even after you move to a higher position, your pay either doesn't change or it changes slightly. - Gaslighting. They will promise lots of positive things yet their actions don't match and they gaslight you into thinking you are not good enough even though they kept telling you how good you are. - Constant layoffs. There has been too many layoffs every single month. - The CEO and COO. They don't know what they are doing at all. Even though they are making good money, they have no respect for the workers who got them there.
