Belief in God and very faith based. Executive team shares company success with field employees through bonuses. They have also taken care of field staff during times of inclement weather and disasters.

Executive team- Messages would pop up durning meetings or messages would be left on computers where other employees could read them. Messages from President of company talking about others performance or making of of other employees. CEO is completely out of tune with his business. He always has a comment for everything and cleary does not what he is talking about. He is only in for the money. Vice President oversees alot of the work but micromanages because the President is not in the office and is constantly wanting updates. Office is overran with the executives kids and lack of experience in a professional setting. 7 out 13 positions are held by a family member.
