During our interview and onboarding process, we are upfront about the role’s 9 AM–6 PM schedule and clearly explain that the position is event-based, with the majority of the day spent outdoors. We understand you chose to leave after less than an hour at your first event, but it’s difficult to get a full picture of any job or team environment in such a short amount of time.
