      Pros

      All around mostly a great company. Friendly people, average ish pay, decent benefits.

      Cons

      Most of the upper management and shop service managers are it's my way or the highway. Even if they are wrong. It's not about what you know it's about who you know. There are no standards with work efficiency. Employees that do good get rewarded with the work from the employees that don't want to work. If you mess up hopefully you personally know or are related to upper management so it can be swept under the rug. If not good luck.

      Pros

      Good training overall. Some trainers are really good.

      Cons

      Beware of the lies from the recruiters. They will say things that are completely not true. People quitting other jobs for this one just to found nothing they were told to make the decision was true. Pay does not compensate the amount of work you do every day. Communication between dispatchers and fleat managers and drivers is terrible. They just care about making money and not their drivers safety/wellbeing.
