      Great pay and benefits. Kinda flexible. Great staff Easy to move up to leads, assistant manager, food manager.

      Cons

      To move up to store director or higher is hard. Turnover Not much communication from cooperate Lots of new things added and not smooth transitions.

      Pros

      Community and pay and knowing everyone and the feeling of being there for the community.

      Cons

      Constant changing of things that weren't broke, no backup by uppers, the stress of never having the hours needed to run the store so you have to work 16 hour days and get paid for a 40 hour work week and the insubordination
