      Pros

      Great colleagues. VP Ops can be very demanding and toxic. Workplace politics is a thing, you can´t be quiet and do your work. You can be loud and do nothing and basically get promoted. Beware of witch hunting and people who have the ears of the VP Ops.

      Company expects you to work beyond work hours and weekends Your dressing can get you hated by the HR Very strict environment
