Pros

Hours, part of the staff when they’re on track

Cons

Bonus structure is made for you to fail unless you’re in a high volume area. Starting pay is low in relation to similar shops/companies. The store manager doesn’t manage. Most of the staff either calls out or shows up very late.

Pros

Manger is awesome, truly one of the few I have worked with that really belong in the position.

Cons

Everyone above him aren't, the regional management have unrealistic and no real idea of each stores process let alone willing to allow for proper training
