Pros

Wonderful place to learn basics and start your career

Cons

Direct management has no authority and can not make and purchasing decisions for the shop. Do not supply starting tools so be prepared to spend what you make very quickly in order to continue to work. No betterment training programs or career path training. Shops do not follow osha standards and do not train you to be safe while you work.

Very low pay for the salary They keep adding more and more thing on us as managers. makes us work more hrs for the same pay. Can barly afford to live off of you have a family Can have 2 days off in a row make it so you have no work life balance
