You will not be successful if you are not willing to lie and cheat people. I have worked in the automotive industry for 22 years and have never seen a place with such deep rooted dishonesty. Regional manager and regional director will demand dishonesty. When covid hit, the company immediately changed benefits and the health insurance premiums and deductibles quadrupled. Store manager is pitted against staff because any bonus or OT pay is taken dollar for dollar from your bonus. In July they will hit every store with any hot checks received. And literally take dollar for dollar from your bonus until nothing is left. I could write a book on the cons at this company.
