1.)You can't took leave, even you have leaves stacked. 2.)Make you sit on your seat, even you have no rask or sitting idle for months.. Jus come and sit watch the screen. 3.)Can't take suggestions. Even if you do or they ask which is rear... They wont listen and take on the ego. And you get scolded. 4.)Can't give off on election days. 5.)No outting or bonuses for employees. And jus tea.. No tea break of 5/10 mints. 6.)HR is of name. Only the heads took all decisions. HR department have no part in policy nd management. 7.)Bond of 3 years for fresher. On a very very low pay. (very low) 8.)Cant learn new technologies or stuff. THE HEAD/TL keeps it all to themselves. No sharing. 9.)No documents of employment or what so ever is given to employees. 10.)Internal politics and ego clashes. Higher than political parties. 11.)Work n life balance is in negative.
