Pros
- Lots of potential for hands-on interactions with products to make a difference in the Company. - Open communication between managers/ staff - The CEO is hands-on and is very proud of his company; it shows. He seems to know everyone's name
Cons
The Company does not have very many frills; they offer snacks/espresso machine each day. Celebrates with snacks for little events like 3-day weekends and Holiday party each year. I would rather be paid the money the Company would spend on extra silly stuff anyway, so it is not a big deal.
