      Low stress working environment, no overtime.

      Cons

      There is no growth or development plan for developers, while we see directors and managers gaining new titles an responsibilities year after year.

      Pros

      Some very nice people. Easy work and a free yearly trip to Germany. No QA reviews.

      Cons

      Product quality is bad, customers complain price is too high. Leadership is very high ego and becoming extreme. Extreme favoritism at executive level.
