      Pros

      Union perks (health care, training fund) These were my main reason for staying. Stability if you do your job. Compensation was ok. Could be way better, but I don't know who would actually change that.

      Cons

      The network is strong for the older cats, so be careful making waves, you're bound to crashout.

      Decent pay. Benefits are also good

      Cons

      Stereotypical work environment. Union rules not followed. Docked days when worked. 32BJ Union poor help. Hostile and prideful work environment.
