Cons
Very long hours with minimal variance in job duties. Inaccurate job description. Hired as lister but made to work heavy labour instead (who knows if they ever intend to even move me to the other role)
Bathroom breaks are frowned upon and It is implied to try and use bathroom during your very limited time on break which I needed mostly to ensure I had enough calories and water in me. When working labour over 8 hours, the breaks should not be for anything other than rest, cooling off and eating food/snacks to appropriately satiate caloric intake needed to perform Labour for long periods of time.
